Requirements / Qualifications

EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent. EXPERIENCE: One (1) year of paid experience performing health related services, public contact in a physician’s office, hospital or related setting preferred. Training in substance abuse and crisis intervention desired. LICENSES/CERTIFICATES: Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate Licensed vocational nurse or possession of one of the following certifications, preferred: EMT certification; or Certified Medical Assistant; or Certified Nursing Assistant. Must include the five (5) items listed below in order to be considered for the position.

The applicant pool will be used to fill these positions and any future vacancies that become available.

  • CPR/First Aid Certification (Must be valid)
  • Letter of Introduction
  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (Must submit two (2) current letters must be dated within the last 12 months)
  • Proof of HS Graduation (or equivalent)
  • Resume
