Job Summary
The Director of Educational Services will direct all professional development, implementation, assessment, and improvement of instructional programs. The Director of Educational Services is responsible for the development and implementation of district policies and budgets related to instructional and educational services. The Director of Educational Services provides leadership and coordination to develop and implement a District vision for promoting positive school climate, restorative practices and the social and emotional health of all students. Plan, develop, implement and direct programs and services designed to promote success for all students including: student attendance, violence prevention and intervention, school safety, alternative discipline, parent involvement and education, positive school climate, Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports, and behavioral interventions. The Director of Educational Services reports to the District Superintendent.

Letter of Interest 3 Letters of Recommendation (Dated within the last 6 months) Resume Valid California Administrative Credential Valid California Teaching Credential BCLAD Certification preferred Master's Degree from an accredited institution Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred Valid California Drivers License Fingerprint Clearance (DOJ/FBI) TB Test Results due at time of hire
Minimum of 10 year’s experience in education; Experience in school leadership and/or curriculum development; Strong English Learner background knowledge with current ELA/ELD Framework and ELD standards; Administrative experience with a District and/or County Office; Leadership and experience in implementing and directing instructional programs including programs for underachieving students; Experience in supervision and evaluation of school site administrators;
