MATERIALS Please Attach: Resume Letter of Intent *Letter(s) of Recommendation (*Not a prerequisite to apply for current FCUSD Employees)

Upon Conditional Offer of Employment - Department of Justice Criminal Background Check, completed at the district office for a fee of $30.00. - TB Test (Valid for 4 Years) - Pre-Employment Physical Evaluation conducted through the District. Lift test included (MIN 31 lbs). - Complete district training as a Mandated Reporter, Covid 19 Training, and Sexual Harassment Training ***Pursuant to the State Public Health Officer Order of August 11, 2021 affecting all TK-12 public and private school employees, all Folsom Cordova Unified School District employees and substitutes are required to either provide evidence of COVID~19 vaccination or participate in weekly COVID~19 testing***
