THE POSITION
The Technology & Data Services Division is now accepting applications for Applications Systems Analyst.
Under the direction of the Supervisor – Applications Support, the Application Systems Analyst provides technological guidance, advice, and feasibility of IT projects and risk analysis. Provides project management and implementation of new systems and enhancements. Coordinates District personnel to develop, implement, maintain, enhance and evaluate the performance of major information systems and applications. Develops application training modules and in-service programs and the overall research and analysis of system application needs and end-user problem resolutions. An ideal candidate will:
• Work independently

• Define and maintain business processes
• Identify patterns that exist in all applications
• Quickly learn, troubleshoot, implement, and support all department systems

Based on the final scores of qualified candidates, Classified Personnel Services will establish a ranked candidate list. Selected candidates from the list will be invited to a second interview with the hiring authorities, tentatively scheduled for March 2, 2022.
