Job Summary
Essential Functions include, but are not limited to the following: • Assist registrar with enrollment. • Report to leadership staff regarding enrollment and daily/weekly assigned tasks. • Manage student interest in Taylion, provide responses and feedback online, over the phone and in-person, and update enrollment in student information system. • Train for use in student information system, state reporting system, and online referral system, etc. • Collaborate with teachers to ensure they obtain new referral information regarding students. • Maintain student folders, request and send records, manage emails and faxes. • Assists in the completion of all paperwork and other documentation as required by Taylion Academy by any required deadlines. • Work with programs to recruit students and increase enrollment. • Provide administrative support with Leadership staff, events, and tasks. • Volunteer hours. Education and Experience • 2+ years’ experience in positions related to office administration, sales, marketing, or project management • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred • Possession of a valid CA driver’s license with no restrictions precluding driving on the job as a continued requirement • Management and/or customer services experience strongly preferred • High School Diploma or equivalent Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred Student • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and leadership • Ability to work independently • Strong communication skills • Ability to build relationships
