The San Diego County Office of Education (SDCOE) is recruiting for Substitute/Limited Term Food Services Worker for the Juvenile Court and Community Schools (JCCS) Program. Under general supervision, the Food Service Worker prepares and serves food items to students and/or school staff, as well as maintaining food service facilities in safe and sanitary condition. The Food Service Worker will also inventory food and supplies, and stocks food, condiments and supplies for the purpose of maintaining adequate quantities and security of items.
This position requires a valid Food Handlers Card issued by the San Diego County Department of Health.
This position will be involved in food preparation and general cleaning and upkeep of the kitchen.

In addition, if you apply and are selected for a permanent position at any point there would be an additional $77 cost (currently) for fingerprinting as a permanent employee (taken out of your first regular paycheck).
