Job Summary
Work at various sites on a site-needed basis • Support student mastery of new skills through project-based learning • Promote and maintain a culture of safety and well-being with students • Ensure that activities are age-appropriate, engaging and exciting to students • Establish clear, consistent expectations for behavior and positive discipline Address issues, concerns and challenges to immediate supervisor • Build positive and professional relationships with coworkers, supervisors, ProYouth executive and administrative staff, site principal, teachers and parents Dedicated to serving the children in our community

Education and Experience: • High School diploma plus: o 48 Completed College Units OR • NCLB Paraprofessional Certification OR • Ability to obtain NCLB Paraprofessional Certification within 30 days of hire o Experience working with students (elementary - high school) preferred
- NCLB Compliance (• NCLB Compliance (48 or more completed college units OR AA/AS degree or higher OR passage of Para Education Certification ))
- Proof of HS Graduation (• Proof of HS Graduation (Please submit a copy of your high school diploma, high school transcripts or GED))
