Job Summary
Reporting to the Executive Director/Principal the Instructional Coach is responsible for supporting staff to continually develop in their work of supporting CalCreative’s mission. The Academic and Social Emotional Coach supports the school in implementing the school’s vision and mission by supporting staff to continually improve instructional practices for academic and social emotional development. This person will support individuals, teams, and whole staff needs, to include observations, coaching, training, progress tracking and reflection.

• Minimum 7 years teaching experience in K-8 • Experience in coaching • Experience in social emotional learning • Multiple Subject credential • National Board Certification preferred • Masters Degree preferred
