Under the direction of the Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA) Administrator, the Coordinator, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) administers and coordinates alternative dispute resolution, staff development, and community awareness programs to promote collaborative efforts to provide quality and compliance of programs and services.
Requirements / Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Valid California Teaching or Pupil Personnel Services Credential; • Valid California Administrative Services Credential or Certificate of Eligibility (COE) for Administrative Services; • Two (2) years of teaching experience, special education experience, or supervision experience; • Experience as a facilitator for IEPs or other conflict resolution meetings.
