Requirements / Qualifications
High School Diploma College Degree (Preferred) 1 year of computer support service Bilingual Russian (Preferred) Vaccination Required: Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (vaccination exemptions may apply) or submission to weekly COVID-19 testing upon employment
Letter of Introduction Resume Letter of Recommendation (minimum of 3 current Letters of Recommendations) TB Clearance

This is a temporary position ending June 30, 2024, with the possibility of permanent placement.
This position will primarily focus on user support to students, families. The IT Help Desk Technician receives, classifies, and provides technical support, troubleshooting, and assistance to computer users on common-to-specialized computer and hardware and software problems. Provides one-on-one and end-user training and administrative support to users. Travel is required in the Sacramento area and Vacaville. Bilingual is preferred.
