Job Summary
Perform a variety of specialized clerical duties related to the preparation and processing of contracts and purchase orders, and provide technical support in gathering information and assisting in the expediting of purchase order deliveries; contact district staff and vendors to follow-up on contracting issues, overdue, lost, and damaged materials; and provide customer service information to internal and external customers.
