Requirements / Qualifications
Transportation Department - (2 positions) 5:30AM - 8:30AM & 1:00PM - 3:00PM (5hrs) M-F; OR 5:30AM - 8:00AM & 1:00PM - 3:30PM (5) M-F
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Driver's License Copy (Class A or B with a Passenger Endorsement)
- Health (Current Medical Card)
- Other (Valid California School Bus Certificate)

Testing dates will be offered each week. Applicants may attend any of the testing dates listed below. Please check the HR Employment website for more information.

Thursday, August 26th at 8:30am
Thursday, SEPTEMBER 2nd at 8:30am
Please arrive by 8:30am. A photo ID is required to test.
ALL APPLICANTS MUST PARTICIPATE IN JOB SPECIFIC TESTING, AND PASS WITH A 70% OR HIGHER.
**Completed Applications must be submitted no later than the close of business on the date of the filing deadline.
** All applicants must participate in job specific testing at the date and time noted above; those scoring within the qualifying range will be referred to site administrators for personal interview. Qualified applicants who are currently employed by the District will receive first consideration.
** Offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a physical examination which includes drug and alcohol screening. All new employees must provide evidence of eligibility to work in the United States and TB test, and all new employees will be fingerprinted for clearance through the Department of Justice.
** Employees assigned to 20 hours per week or more are required to become members of Public Employees' Retirement System; the Escondido Union High School District has an Organizational Security Agreement in place with California School Employees' Association, which requires all new regular employees to join the association or pay service fees.
