Job Summary

Health Office Nurses work either 3.75 or 6 hours per day depending on school needs. Work Monday through Friday with all school holidays and breaks off. Earn vacation, sick leave and holiday pay. This is an ideal position for a LVN or RN who has school-aged children or is semi-retired. The Health Office Nurse is responsible for providing care to students who are ill, injured, or need medication. Must be knowledgeable about, and implement, student's Individualized Health Plan. The Health Office Nurse will provide a variety of health-related clerical duties.

Requirements / Qualifications

Current RN or LVN License and a valid Class C California Driver License are required. Pre-employment requirements include DOJ/FBI Live Scan Clearance, TB Test Clearance and proof of COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to take a weekly COVID test. Tests are provided by the District.
