Requirements / Qualifications

SPG Therapy & Education, one of the most respected groups of pediatric providers in California, is seeking full- and part-time BCBAs to join our multidisciplinary team of behavior specialists, school psychologists, OTs, PTs, SLPs, and mental health counselors. Salary: $80,000-$110,000 annually. Job Duties and Responsibilities • Provide Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision in accordance with requirements from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans • Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans for assigned caseload • Monitor skill acquisition programming and provide training to enhance treatment outcomes for assigned caseload • Maintain regular communication with school staff and supervisors WHY CHOOSE US? • Focus on collegial support, mentorship and professional growth • Flexible, consistent schedules and varied job responsibilities • Professional dues and materials reimbursement • Special Interest Group memberships – Culturally Linguistically Diverse, Behavior and AAC SIGs are open to all employees • Robust, very competitive compensation packages, including 401K with company matching, medical, dental and vision benefits Requirements • Current BCBA certification • At least two years of school-based experience implementing ABA interventions and/or supervising programs for students with Autism and related disabilities • Experience training school staff and parents • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong speaking, writing, and listening skills and the ability to work as a collaborative and supportive team member
