PROGRAM SPECIALIST – SPECIAL EDUCATION BASIC FUNCTIONS: Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Special Education, the Program Specialist effectively supports the development of individual educational programs and placement of students with special education needs. Assists and facilitates access to programs and services. Promote quality and compliance of programs and services in a cost effective manner. Qualifications: *Special Education and/or Pupil Personnel Services Credential *A minimum of three years’ experience in Special Education or Pupil Services *Master’s Degree preferred
