Job Summary
Support the effective and efficient operation of the student enrollment and attendance function, as an individual and as a member of the office team, through the proficient execution of assigned responsibilities. The key functional area of focus is overall management of the student admissions and attendance process which includes ensuring that all admissions and attendance information and data is accurately reported into the AERIES system on a timely basis. They will also be responsible for data integrity within the AERIES System to ensure that relevant student demographic information and attendance reporting is accurate and correct. Assists with the enrollment and check-out process of all incoming and exiting students. Lastly, they will be able to help with miscellaneous parent/teacher requests and questions and supports the rest of the organization in any way possible.
