Are you looking for a supportive team of high-caliber therapists (SLPs, OTs and PTs)? Interested in a position with flexible hours, lower caseloads and incredibly rewarding work? Radiant Kids Therapy currently has 1 full-time (or 2 part-time) employee openings for an?excellent bilingual occupational therapist (fluent Spanish-English), providing in-home services for clients ages 0-12. Must be fluent (or nearly fluent) in Spanish and English. Must be a licensed or about-to-be fully licensed Occupational Therapist to apply. We build our therapists’ caseloads in specific mutually agreed upon areas based on where the therapist lives and our client needs (e.g., if you live in Oceanside, we won’t have you seeing clients in Chula Vista!). At this time, we are ideally looking for one new bilingual OT in North County and/or one new bilingual OT in Central San Diego and/or South Bay areas. Full-time caseloads start at around 24 client hours per week (most clients are 1 hour, 1x/week).
