Presentation High School Engagement & Stewardship Manager Presentation High School, located in the heart of Silicon Valley, is seeking an experienced Engagement & Stewardship Manager for a full-time position starting November 2021. Reports to: Director of Development & Engagement Position Summary The Engagement & Stewardship Manager is responsible for leading the school’s engagement efforts with parents, alumnae families, faculty/staff, and community friends. This position will also lead a comprehensive recognition and stewardship program. The Engagement & Stewardship Manager will be instrumental in building and maintaining relationships with alumnae parents, donors, volunteers, and current parents. While stewarding existing relationships, the Engagement & Stewardship Manager will ultimately build sustained and long-term partnerships for the school. Duties and Specific Responsibilities Community Engagement Develop and lead a strategic plan for meaningful community engagement and increased support for the school mission. Develop and lead a comprehensive parent engagement program that encourages a welcoming atmosphere to foster broad parental involvement that is representative of our diverse community through events, volunteer programs, and initiatives. Work with school leadership to provide insight into new programs that will benefit the school’s long-term plans. Manage the Parent Guild and parent volunteer program. Collaborate with PR on communications for engagement, stewardship, events, and volunteer opportunities. Recruit, train, and manage volunteers. Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five year’s relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combinations of education and experience in fundraising and/or event management
