Job Summary

Job Summary

The Response to Intervention Teacher works under the supervision of the school site administrator, working at the elementary or middle school levels. This individual uses the Response to Intervention model to facilitate student learning by both pushing into classes and pulling students out for support. This teacher will work collaboratively with classroom teachers to plan instruction, adapt curricular materials, and implement specific strategies to promote academic growth in all identified students. Additionally, this individual will continually evaluate and measure the effectiveness of all implemented strategies as shown through student growth in order to ensure continued evolution of the tiered support system.
