Job Summary
Under the direction of an assigned Coordinator or Director, perform responsible secretarial and clerical work related to the assigned functional area; assist with administrative matters requiring knowledge of department policies and procedures, related LCOE rules and regulations, federal guidelines, and related codes and laws; organize and coordinate office activities and communications.

Work office location: Hance Education Center located at 1510 Argonaut Road in Lakeport, California. This position will serve the Educational Services Program
The Lake County Office of Education offers the following benefits to regular classified employees:
• Health and Welfare - annual benefit cap in the amount of $14,500 for full-time employees, part-time employees, 6+ hours per day at prorated rate. Includes medical, prescription, dental, and vision for employee and all eligible dependents, based on the Tier coverage selected by the employee. Employee out of pocket contribution amount will vary based on the selection.
Employee may purchase coverage through a 125 cafeteria plan.
• Longevity Pay (Years: 5,10,15,20,25,30,35)
• Paid Sick Leave (96 hours per year/prorated based on service days/hours)
• Paid Vacation (17.5 to 27 days/Yr. depending on years of district service)
• Paid Holidays (See District Calendar)
• Retirement plan contributions
• Employer Paid Life Insurance
• Air Ambulance Membership
