Requirements / Qualifications

The Baldwin Park Unified School District, under general direction of the Director of Early Childhood and Education, is seeking an Early Childhood Education Services Program Manager to plan, implement, and monitor program areas such as early childhood education and health services, community and family partnerships, and program design and management. The position adheres to regulations associated with State and Federal early childhood education programs, such as the Head Start Performance Standards, Title 22, and Title V. The position may provide services and supervision in specialty areas such as education, health, mental health, and disabilities at various school sites. For a full description of this classification, please review the job description attached. QUALIFICATIONS: (May have a combination of the following) Education: -Bachelor's Degree (Master’s preferred) in Child Development, Social Work, Psychology, Nursing (Counseling/Psychiatric specialty), or related field; AND -Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); Marriage and Family Therapist/Marriage, Family and Child Counselor (MFT/MFCC); Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner (RN/NP); Pupil Personnel Services (PPS). -Possession of a valid California Driver's license, have an acceptable driving record, and qualify for insurability. Experience: -Three years of successful counseling, social work, or related experiences; AND -Two years of successful supervisory/administrative experience. (Early Childhood Education experience in State or Federal programs desired.)
