Requirements / Qualifications

TRAINING & EXPERIENCE: Equivalent to a high school diploma, supplemented by or including courses in office organization or secretary skills; preferably including experience in a school district; or any combination of training and/or experience that provide the desired knowledge and abilities. Must be able to speak, read and write in Spanish. LICENSE/CERTIFICATE: First Aid Certificate A completed online application is required in order to be considered for this opening. The successful candidate must be able to accomplish the following responsibilities in a friendly, efficient and professional manner: • Provide verbal and written translations, Spanish/English, for school personnel as needed. • Perform a wide variety of moderately complex and responsible clerical work of above-average difficulty. • Contact and/or answer questions from parents, students, or public on a variety of matters. • To do related work as required.
