High School Diploma
Responsibilities required but not limited to: Assist a certificated teacher in reinforcing instruction to individuals or small groups of students in a classroom or other learning environment, including the outdoors Assist teachers with the preparation of instructional materials and/or set up of work areas Observe and control behavior of students in the classrooms and during outdoor activities Assure the health and safety of students by following health and safety practices and procedures Knowledge and Ability to: Work with individual or small groups of students, reinforcing instruction or other skills. Assists in maintaining order among students in the classroom and on school grounds. Direct group activities of students as assigned; assist in monitoring outdoor activities as assigned.
