EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION Any combination of training, education, and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an approved institution in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field. Five years of progressively responsible experience working in a budget/accounting department of a large organization, preferably in a governmental agency is required. LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, BONDING AND/OR TESTING REQUIRED A current California Driver License and proof of insurance are required.
