Skilled Maintenance Electrician at Monrovia Unified School District
Requirements / Qualifications
Under the direction of the Director of Maintenance, Operations and Transportation, performs skilled electrical maintenance work in the repair, installation, and alteration of electrical equipment and wiring systems; performs related duties as assigned; may perform general maintenance duties and assist other skilled maintenance personnel by performing unskilled and semiskilled duties in other maintenance areas. This recruitment will be used to fill one (1) full-time position working 8 hours per day, 12 months per year.
License: A valid Class C California Driver License. Certificate: Must obtain an OSHA certificate for the operation of a forklift within 90 days of employment; thereafter must maintain certificate. A California State Journeyman Certificate for Electrical desirable. Other: A DMV driving report is required at time of application.
