Job Summary

Job Summary

The Data Coordinator provides data support the Community Programs Department. The Department is composed of four groupings of programs: Expanded Learning, School Safety & Student Prevention, Service, and Youth in Transition. The Data Coordinator works with the other Evaluation and Data team members and the Program Manager to plan, organize and perform a wide variety of data and activities in support of the successful achievement of goals and deliverables for grant- funded projects. The Data Coordinator works directly under the supervision of the Manager of the Program area. The Data Coordinator also works collaboratively with the NCOE Research and Evaluation Manager under the Continuous Improvement Department.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in education, psychology or social sciences • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working on evaluation and/or research projects • Data entry and data management skills • Experience and knowledge in program areas • Detail-oriented, responsible and highly motivated • CDL and NCOE driving clearance required
