Job Summary

Job Summary

A one-time payment equal to 5% of each bargaining unit member’s annual base salary is to be paid on the October 2022 pay warrant.

Requirements / Qualifications

This position requires equivalent to graduation from an accredited nurses' training program; one year of job-related experience. Responsible public health nursing experience, preferably in a public school setting. Support SDC students and be a support to the clinic. Possession of a Licensed Vocational Nurse license issued by the State of California and a valid standard First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certificate is required. These documents must be attached to your application to be considered for this position.

To be considered for hire, candidates must meet the minimum requirements including a successful interview and successful reference checks. Please note that we require three references, one of them must be a supervisor (current or past). Upon hiring, TB and Fingerprint Clearance (at the applicant’s expense) will be required.
