Position Overview Reporting to the Exploration Directors and the Leadership Resident, the Family Liaison is responsible for supporting at-risk learners in various geographical regions. The Family Liaison will serve as a physical support to learners and families who need a higher level of academic, physical and/or emotional support. The Family Liaison will research and create a database of community resources to refer learners and families that can help provide basic necessities such as food, clothing and/or shelter. The Family Liaison will assist our staff in connecting with learners who are unresponsive in order to provide in person support. The Family Liaison will support student engagement by providing support for targeted learners including EL, foster, homeless and low income learners.
