Requirements / Qualifications

Mira Loma's new cheer Coach must be available to oversee tryouts, camps, practices, games and school performances. Must be ready and willing to adhere to all SJUSD and Mira Loma guidelines and protocols. •AACCA Certification (American Association of Cheerleading Coaches and Administrators ) •Concussion in Sports Certification •American Red Cross First Aid and CPR current •Sudden Cardiac Arrest certification •Bullying, Hazing, and Inappropriate Behaviors –understanding of how to identify and address these • Strength and Conditioning knowledge • Teaching and Modeling Appropriate Behavior knowledge • Experience Coaching Cheer and Dance
