Valid Driver’s License and Evidence of Insurability Valid Board Certified Behavior Analysis credential (desired)

SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Behavior Analyst, provide training, support, and consultation in the use of Intensive Behavior Intervention strategies to district students and staff. Facilitate proper implementation of behavior interventions based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Evidence-Based Practices, and educational plans for special education students; coordinate information, resources, and communications between teachers, administrators, staff, parents, and outside agencies to assure a smooth and efficient program; train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel. JOB REQUIREMENTS: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Five years of experience providing behavior intervention services to students on an IEP and completion of a minimum of 60 hours of college credit hours in psychology, child development, behavioral science, or related field. Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, child development, behavioral science, or related field is desired.
