Bachelor's Degree of higher Valid California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential Possession of, or the ability to obtain within 2 years, an EL authorization Basic Skills Requirement or CBEST Subject Matter Competency (Verified through current credential or MSAT/NTE/CSET)
