IN THE IMPROVEMENT PARTNER ROLE, YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR… ENSURE QUALITY IMPLEMENTATION OF OUR NETWORK AND SCHOOL TRANSFORMATION APPROACH Implement all program elements, including the design, delivery, and facilitation of all network events -- (summer institutes and monthly network meetings). Deliver strong front of room facilitation as well as small group support to network participants, including teachers, school leaders, and district leaders. Provide follow-up coaching/support on-the-ground support to participating teams and to individual participants - facilitating their team meetings, providing 1-1 observations and feedback, etc. Facilitate goal setting, planning, data analysis, and Results-Oriented Cycles of Inquiry with schools participating in the network throughout the year. Coordinating with district leaders to monitor and adjust network implementation. Using your knowledge of the context and relationships with network participants to ensure our designs are relevant, user-centered, and impactful. ENGAGE IN ORGANIZATIONAL STEWARDSHIP Adjust or refine customized support content and tools for different school and district personnel while maintaining a consistent “look” and “feel” for Partner’s materials. Participate in program development projects that support the organization to refine and adjust our model to meet challenges. Help design and execute our learning and evaluation plan; collecting data on the program’s quality and impact and helping to support organizational learning. Participate as an active member in the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Community of Practice associated with the Networks for Improvement Grant, including travel to quarterly convenings and periodic collaboration with representatives from other organizations.
