POSITION DESCRIPTION: The job of Employment Specialist, Workability/Transition Partnership Program (TPP) is done for the purpose(s) of providing training and support to identified special education students within Workability/TPP and other grant programs as assigned. In addition, the incumbent will provide one-on-one intervention services including Applied Behavior Analysis principles in a variety of educational settings including classroom, community, and work place to support student transitioning into the workforce. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Three years of experience working with secondary students in a vocational based setting and/or three years responsible experience administering Applied Behavior Analysis therapy principles to students at various stages and levels of programs. REQUIRED EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in psychology or special education from an accredited college/university is desired.
