Requirements / Qualifications

  • Conduct Psychoeducational Assessments
  • Provide DIS counseling services
  • IEP development and documentation
  • Provide direct, individual, or small group instruction to identified pupils per the Individual Education Plan (IEP)
  • Participate in the multidisciplinary team process to include eligibility issues, IEP development, consultation services, and service delivery models
  • Participate in the development, monitoring, and the implementation of IEPs for students who qualify for psych services
  • Prepare written evaluations and maintain records which document services provided, student progress and discharge from therapy
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
  • Maintain student and parent confidentiality
  • Required Documents:
    • Resume
    • 3 Letters of Reference
