Role Description: The Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) is seeking a qualified individual to serve on its three-member Personnel Commission. Personnel Commissioners serve three-year terms and are responsible for: · Establishing rules · Approving class descriptions, salaries, and new classifications · Hearing disciplinary and examination appeals for the classified (non-teaching) service Compensation: Personnel Commissioners receive $100 per meeting up to $500 monthly maximum and medical benefits.
