The Elk Grove Unified School District seeks equity leaders to fill three positions for Program Specialists, Educational Equity. The three positions will support district-wide equity efforts and lead equity programs across three focal areas: 1) universal equity programs (e.g., antiracist and culturally responsive practices, restorative justice, social and emotional learning); 2) targeted equity programs (e.g., programs for priority subgroups including Black/African American and Native students); and 3) targeted recruitment, hiring, and retention for a diverse workforce. In your introduction letter, please describe your interests and experiences in any or all of these focal areas.
