The San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools office acts as an intermediate service agency between the California Department of Education and the 33 school districts in San Bernardino County to help meet the educational needs of all children county-wide. Requirements / Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS •Possession of a Bachelors’ Degree or higher in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university; •Four (4) years experience in a fiscal management position and/or a position performing complex financial or accounting work; •Four (4) years experience using computer systems and software to process and perform complex fiscal transactions and reports; •Three (3) years experience working with financial or payroll programs in a fiscal department in a California school district, County Office of Education and/or County Auditor-Controller/Treasurer office; •Two (2) years experience in the development and facilitation of trainings and workshops; •Two (2) years experience supervising staff.
