Pittsburg Unified School District (PUSD) is a K-12 district that serves the community of Pittsburg, California. The school system is committed to providing an excellent opportunity for all students to learn. PUSD is approximately 50 minutes from downtown San Francisco with a direct line on Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART). Pittsburg Unified School District serves more than 11,000 students in kindergarten through twelfth grade. Requirements / Qualifications
Typing Certificate must be attached at time of application, current (within last 6 months) of NET 45 WPM or higher. On-line certificates are not accepted. Within the past 2 years, must have passed the following PUSD testing: - School Clerk II booklet test - Basic Word and Excel Test Per our agreement with CSEA, you must pass all tests by 70%. Must attach a current (within last 6 months) a typing test at 45 wpm net after errors. no on-line typing certificates accepted. Please note: If you have not yet tested with PUSD and there is no lateral transfer, you will be invited to test for the position if you meet the minimum requirements of the job description, after the posting closes.
Please submit a minimum of two letters of recommendation with your application along with a copy of High School/GED Diploma. A typing certificate of NET 45 WPM (After errors) No online certificates accepted.
