
Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Aide 22TP003 at West Contra Costa Unified School District
Requirements / Qualifications

Please refer to the job description for requirements necessary to apply for this position Education: • High School Diploma, or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree preferred); and Coursework in education, child development, psychology, etc. or demonstrated ability to complete necessary training within the district or at an accredited college/university; and • Complete a 40-hour ABA training program given by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), which includes a district competency assessment to receive a “Certificate of Completion." • Pass the district’s Proficiency Exam, or possession of an AA or higher degree, that demonstrates completion of sixty (60) semester units or ninety (90) quarter units from an accredited college or university. Experience: • Two (2) years successful, demonstrated experience working with adolescents or adults with autism spectrum disorders or other developmental disabilities.
Per contract agreement, current WCCUSD employees will be considered first for vacant positions. This position is for the 2021-2022 School Year.
