The Hart-Ransom Union School District is located in an agricultural community just west of Highway 99 in Modesto, CA. The district is made up of a TK-8 elementary school that serves 715 students and a TK-12 charter school that serves 595 students. The Hart-Ransom District has 100 employees, and is one of the highest-paying school districts in Stanislaus County. Requirements / Qualifications
Clean driving record from DMV will be required as a condition of employment. Additional conditions of employment will be to possess or obtain a California Class B Driver License with a passenger endorsement (P) and a DL-45 school bus driver certificate from the CHP.

Starting salary range: $20.03 - $23.18 per hour, depending on experience.
Total of eight (8) hours: This 3.5-hour bus driver position is directly tied to the concurrently posted 4.5-hour custodian position, for a combined total of eight (8) hours of employment. The district intends to hire one candidate for both of these positions. By applying for one of these positions, the applicant is effectively applying for both of these positions, and will be considered for both positions.
Training available for otherwise qualified candidates.
DOJ and FBI fingerprint clearance will be required as a condition of employment. Drug testing clearance will be required prior to employment and/or behind-the-wheel training.
Please note: District is also seeking substitute/on-call bus drivers.
