Requirements / Qualifications
The Baldwin Park Unified School District is seeking a highly qualified Temporary English Teacher for a 9th through 12th grade class for Sierra Vista High School for only the 2021-2022 school year. The teacher will provide an educational program for pupils according to their unique pattern of growth and development in one or more classes of 9th -12th Grade English. REQUIREMENTS • Single Subject Credential in English OR Multiple Subject Credential with Supplemental Authorization in English • English Learner Authorization • ESSA Compliant (Every Student Succeeds Act) PREFERENCE • Bilingual (Spanish) PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS ATTACHED AS A PDF THAT WE ARE ASKING FROM YOU OR YOU WILL BE SCREENED OUT!
• Online application in it's entirety • Letter of Intent • Copies of college transcripts (Except Internal Candidates) • Resumé • Copy of CBEST (Except Internal Candidates) (in lieu of the CBEST, with passing scores, we accept SATs, ACT, or CSET) • Two letters of recent professional references within two years (Letters must have signatures) inside candidates do not need to provide these letters
