Requirements / Qualifications
Education and/or Experience: * Bachelor’s Degree. * Clear CA Multiple or Clear CA Single Subject required; Clear Single Subject English and/or Math is highly desired. * Participation in the Personalized Learning Cohort preferred. * Experience working with adult learners, coaching teachers, and delivering professional development preferred. * A minimum of three years exemplary teaching; Springs exemplary teaching strongly preferred.

Do you enjoy taking a hands-on approach to improving instruction and effectiveness? Are you interested in improving student learning, and fostering teacher development? If this is you, then Springs Charter Schools invites you to apply for our new position as a Personalized Academics Coach (PAC).
Working with the school principal or designee, the PAC will provide instructional support and coaching to teachers to support their implementation of Teaching the Springs Way including implementing first best instruction and school wide interventions in alignment with the school’s Multi-tiered Systems of Support. The ideal candidate will be multi-faceted, multi-skilled, resourceful, and willing to do whatever it takes to help our students reach a level of academic excellence. A primary goal of this position is to build the capacity of teachers through modeling and coaching first best instruction and effective remediation.
