In order to be considered, applicants must submit the following by the final filing date: Completed Ed-Join Application Cover Letter Resume Current Letters of Recommendation Minimum qualifications: Education and/or Experience: Reading and writing skills sufficient to perform duties and read and understand MSDS sheets required. Prior custodial experience preferred. Must take and pass the Custodial test. Location: District Office – 435 Sixth Street, Woodland, CA 95695, Dates/Times: Tuesday – at 9 a.m., Thursday at 1 p.m. Call 530-406-3209 or email Jessica.purcell@wjusd.org to schedule testing appointment.

SUMMARY Performs routine custodial and grounds cleanup at school and related facilities. DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS This is the first level in the Custodial series, requiring some prior experience but no formal training. Advancement to Custodian II or higher positions will require at least 1 year on the job, a demonstrated ability to function independently with general instructions or work orders, to properly handle chemicals, and the ability to perform light maintenance.

The District offers $620 per month toward the benefit package which includes options for medical, dental and vision. Medical plan options include Kaiser, Western Health Advantage and Sutter Health Plus.
