BASIC FUNCTION: The Program Manager, Program Monitoring will plan, direct, coordinate, organize, and implement program monitoring processes for charter schools, categorical programs, instructional programs, and accountability systems in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines and requirements.

POSITION SPECIFICS: Working Location is Financial Planning & Development - 4100 Normal St, rm 3209 San Diego CA 92103 Scheduled for 248 days per year Qualifies for District Paid health and wellness benefits for employee and dependents The Program Manager, Program Monitoring will be paid on the AASD Certificated Supervisors Salary Schedule. Salary Grade: 28.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to a master's degree and four years of progressively responsible experience in program monitoring, accountability, educational evaluation, categorical program administration, charter school operations, educational administration, or related field. Experience in developing and monitoring instructional strategies in a research model is desirable. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Valid California driver’s license. Valid California Driver's License and availability of private transportation.
