Requirements / Qualifications

$4000 Signing Bonus: $2000 provided at completion of each of your first 2 years of employment. Internal and External Applicants must posses the following: EDJOIN Application Proof of CPR Certification or have the ability to obtain one within 30 days Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID) certification is preferred. Must posses a valid California Drivers License Applicants may be tested. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

  • Certification (Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment (EIPA), or equivalent assessment certification with a score of 4.0 of higher )
  • Copy of Transcript (Completion of an accredited college-level interpreter training program )
  • Letter of Introduction
  • Other (Educational Interpreter Written Assessment or equivalent assessment certification with a pass/fail score of 75% or higher. )
  • Resume
