Job Summary

The Trivium Charter School Network is currently seeking a proactive, solution-oriented Learning Center Coordinator for our Santa Maria Learning Center. If you are an energetic, detail-oriented person who enjoys serving the public we would like to meet with you! Our successful candidate will be able to: Prioritize the needs of students, parents, and staff Supervise, train, and coordinate the daily workflow of instructional aides Understand and implement the Learning Center safety plan, if needed Discuss Trivium’s Personalized Learning Public Charter School program with current and prospective families Create, update, and manage student files Collect and manage student progress reports and supporting documents Supervise students with vigilance and train staff to do the same Resolve student conflict Manage emails efficiently Utilize Google Drive and Google calendar Manage emails and respond in a timely manner Communicate information to families and staff effectively Enter and report various points of data Understand and comply with mandatory reporter statute Become certified in CPR and First Aid Pass a livescan and background check process Work 8 hours per day on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week (add some additional hours as needed on Monday/Wednesday/Friday- see below) Maintain positive relationships with our facility lessors Lift up to 25 pounds Bend and stoop Stand and sit for lengthy periods Walk up and downstairs and/or hills Employment as a Center Coordinator provides a rewarding and satisfying work experience and a collaborative work environment alongside others who believe in their work and in advancing the concept of school choice for all. A typical workweek is 22-28 hours, and pay begins at $22.00 per hour.
