Job Description / Essential Elements:    Print   
Under direction, to develop, implement and coordinate the high school instructional program; to provide leadership in the coordination of the activities of department chairpersons; to participate in the staff evaluation process and the development of a systematic and sequential instructional program 7-12. Serve as administrator in charge in the absence of the principal. Qualifications: Masters degree or equivalent. Successful classroom teaching and administrative experience, especially in curriculum development and implementation. Knowlegde of data processing procedure and master schedule development, supervision and evaluation of programs and personnel. Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff and parents; identify community needs and resources; provide leadership in instructional programs. Possess valid California Administrative Services credential.
