Job Summary

The current vacancy is to establish an eligibility list to fill a position at Santa Rosa Technology Magnet School for the 2021-2022 school year and to create a substitute list. Basic Function: Under the direction of the Principal, perform a wide variety of secretarial and clerical duties to assist the Principal with a variety of administrative tasks; perform public relations and communication services as assigned.

Requirements / Qualifications

Education/Licenses/Experience: Any combination equivalent to sufficient education, experience, and/or training to demonstrate the knowledge and abilities listed above. Typically, this would be gained through: High School diploma or equivalence required and three years of increasingly responsible clerical or secretarial experience.

Applicants not selected shall remain on the eligibility list until they decline three job interviews, ask to be removed from the list, are hired, or until the list expires. Lists of viable candidates are retained for one year, unless the list is exhausted prior to the expiration date. Valid lists contain the names of candidates ready, willing, and able to accept employment, if offered.
