Requirements / Qualifications
PLEASE REVIEW JOB DESCRIPTION BEFORE APPLYING. **This position requires working some evenings and/or weekends based on the needs of the students and organization as well as travel to various sites.** **Experience creating, managing and sustaining high quality CTE programs; site supervision highly desirable. Jr.High/High school CTE experience and/or School Counseling experience is a plus.** DOCUMENTS REQUIRED: *Application completely filled (no blanks) *Letter of Introduction (Must be in reference to position applying for) *Current Resume *Three (3) professional letters of recommendation (Must be signed, dated within the last year and on letterhead) *Copies of college transcripts and/or high school diploma *Copy of Credential CERTIFICATES/CREDENTIALS/LICENSES: Possession of a valid California Teaching Credential and valid Administrative Services Credential appropriate for K-12 public school administration or CTC issued Certificate of Eligibility is required. You must provide copies of credentials as required for position.
QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES: EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required. A minimum of three (3) years of successful teaching experience required, preferably in Career Technical Education/Regional Occupational Programs (ROP). DESIRABLE: Master’s Degree in Education/Public Administration or related field from an accredited college/university. Experience working in & creating ROP/CTE programs at the high school and adult level. Program Budget experience. Site supervision experience. Experience initiating business/industry partnerships supporting high skill, high demand, high wage education pathways. Experience in a ROP JPA. EL authorization. CERTIFICATES/CREDENTIALS/LICENSES: Possession of a valid California Teaching Credential and valid Administrative Services Credential appropriate for K-12 public school administration CTC issued Certificate of Eligibility is required. You must provide copies of credentials as required for position. Valid California Class C Driver’s License required and ability to maintain insurability status under Baldy View ROP vehicle insurance policy.
