Job Summary
Purpose Statement Under the general supervision of an assigned supervisor, performs a variety of custodial duties to maintain assigned school and district facilities in a clean, orderly, and secure condition. Distinguishing Characteristics A Custodian performs a variety of custodial duties. In comparison, a Lead Custodian leads custodial teams and projects; provides training, guidance, and work direction to lower-level custodians; and assists in coordinating custodial staffing, projects, communications, and work activities; in addition to performing the duties of a Custodian.
Requirements / Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience Custodial experience, or previous work experience performing duties similar to those listed above, is preferred. Licenses and Certifications Valid California driver’s license
